How rich are you?

Find out here:

The Global Rich List.

I really like this idea.  So simple.  Show you what's your standing in the world's wealth and show you what you can do and the practical values you can create in someone else's life.  No emotional fluff, just straightforward business talk with a bit of conscience.  You judge with data and you decide what you wanna do about it.  Simple.

Real Egyptian papyrus bookmarks - SOLD!

My parents got these while they travelled to Egypt couple of years back.  Some of them actually have hieroglyphs printed on them exactly according to your ABCs.  While the papyrus is 100% real, please don't quote me on the hieroglyphs - they only look like birds and bees to me and for the life of me, won't be able to prove their authenticity.

You should get this if:
1) You're not gonna go Egypt (looking at the current situation, not anytime soon eh?)
2) You don't know what's papyrus
3) You've been dog-earring your books
4) You've been dog-earring other people's books (shame on you!)
5) You wanna learn hieroglyphs
6) Christmas is coming, and you need to get small gifts for Facebook friends whom you meet but don't necessary subscribe to.  Or those who are in the 'Friends but...' circle in your Google+.  Hehe, I'M KIDDINNNNGGGG :P If you wanna give some Christmas cheer to everyone, it does make sense for you to get something small so that you still have a valid bank account after the celebration.  These bookmarks have a blank underside so you could write lovely heart-warming season greetings notes :)
6) Don't mind putting a small effort to help the unfortunate :)

I'm selling each for RM5, lemme know if you want one.  I have 10 different designs for you to choose from!

Thank you for supporting and just so you know, nope!  Not selling the book! :P

Gucci retro-squared sunnies.

These were bought in Australia, once upon a time.  Original and much-loved Guccis that come with really dark lenses that will definitely tone down any unwanted glare ;) Unfortunately, this time, these sunnies are not unisex, they're for ladies only.  Well of course, unless you could work it, I mean who's to say right?  It's a free and unexpected world.

Colour and design: Black pastic with the hallmark 'G' logo stamps in black metal on the each side, square rims
Condition: 7/10
Weight: 100-200gm
Price: RM50 + postage (please refer to postage price by Poslaju on the right side of this blog).

I'm sorry I don't have its original case with me anymore, but I've been keeping it scratch-free in a white YSL sunnies pouch (sounds familiar right?).  Please let me know if you are interested.  Be Italia's retro petro and email here for purchase ♤

Love, I suppose is the antidote to scepticism?

This project has been going good and am really appreciative of everyone who had purchased from this blog :)  Truly appreciate it.  But of course, I got some feedback from friends of friends who were a little sceptical about the idea.  A lot of questions - who owns this blog?  Who picks the charity?  How do we know if the money really goes there?  How do we know what happens to the money after it goes to the charity?  Et cetera.  Well of course, as with anything in this world - nothing is perfect.

But it's okay :) Am not planning to govern the world anyway, there's nothing I can do to convince you that I am not bogus.  And this effort is not bogus and the charities featured here are not bogus.  When you finally see what we do and finally believe that there could be a sliver of human hope that someone out there somewhere, is willing to do something for nothing, then maybe... maybe you can decide again then :) No rush okay?

Well, as I promised.  I try to be as transparent as possible about the proceeds from purchases here.  So I'm sharing some photos taken by my dear friend, Prestinne who donated some money for tickets sponsorship for the elderly blind to attend ' The Harmony of Two Worlds' charity event (Good Samaritan sponsored two! :)).  Well, good things come.  Period.  To those who wait, to those who are impatient, to those who are fortunate, to those who are less - to everyone.  Just believe that Good Things Do Come :)

The joy of packaging makes the joy of opening :)

All dressed and packed up to go!

Never really understood the concept of 'customer's joy' until now.  When you really truly enjoy putting the extra effort in something just so you could imagine the other person's face when they receive it.  It's nice to see something puts a smile on someone's face, ain't it?  Then it's no longer a mere buy and sell kind of exercise.  We actually appreciate the experience more :)  Thanks Sheryl for bringing additional joy to someone's life :))

How I wish I truly have a factory that produces something, anything.  I'm addicted to happiness :)

They are pre-loved but good as new, because... admittedly, I thought they were cool.  And well, they are still cool but I think I've only worn them once?  Twice?  Haha.  There are a lot of new skeletons in my closet for sho'! :P

The world's award winning honey has just arrived on Malaysian shores.

In support of dear friends, please read on! :)

If you're not a honey person, it's time for you to really consider making it part of your everyday diet.  Why?  Because honey can help weight loss by increasing your metabolism and providing better digestion (no more sluggish days!).  Also if you don't already know, it is a natural alternative remedy to health problems like asthma, bad breath (yup, that's right!  Gargle with honey because it has anti-bacterial property), cholesterol, heatiness (what I'm feeling now :( sigh... ), sleeplessness and insomnia (milk + honey = yummi), stomach ulcers, arthritis (honey + cider vinegar), burns (yup, while you do your thang in the kitchen, it may come handy), cough, and the most evil problem of them all... STRESS (1 tablespoon of honey + 4 tablespoons of warm water = wow, I'm feeling happy already).

But there are so many varieties out there, off the shelves in supermarkets alone.  As we increasingly appreciate the additional health benefits of honey and not just as an indulging sauce to be put on our pancakes and waffles, it's time to look for some honey experts to get the best quality and not to mention the best deal.

Welcome to Yummi House, which recently launched in SS2, PJ.  It is 100% unprocessed with no artificial sweetening, colouring and whatever-ing they put into your jars outside.  It's really the closest natural honey you can get from the beehive in the wild jungle without going through a life-threatening battle (isn't it great to know that someone else did that for you already?).

So come along now to:

And experience real yummi goodness in a jar.

Meanwhile, here's something to perk you up.  A teaspoon of honey honey is enough to put a smile :)

Black leather high ankle boots - SOLD!

This pair of ankle boots were donated by a friend and this is her story:

3-year old but in an extremely good condition but unfortunately, it's (again) not her size. (Yup, what's with women and stuff that don't fit right?  Right).  She's worn it maybe twice, or thrice and finally gave up because it just won't fit.  So here it is, now on sale in The Good Samaritan Shop, looking for the next loving owner with (hopefully) feet that finally fit!

(brackets mine)

Size: 22.5 (Japan size), 3 half - 4 (UK size), 36 (Europe size)
Colour and design: Classic cut with black leather, side zip and detailed stitching on the front.
Condition: 8/10 (almost new!)
Weight: 600-800gm
Price: RM50 + postage
Postage price reference by Pos Laju (sorry, we only serve in Malaysia for the time being!)

Be classic American and do email me for purchase ☆ Meanwhile always remember, these boots are meant for walking

Kissme mascara set - SOLD!

Wow, this cleared fast ;) Better luck next time!

For those of you who are crazy over mascaras and make up, this brand needs no further introduction.  This variant is the new best seller in Japan but... am not sure if it's available here in Malaysia yet.  It's new but without it's original box (I dumped it because every inch of space is precious).  So... what's in the pack?

1) One tube 'sky's the limit mascara' Heroine Make (impact frame & curl mascara)
2) One tube of mascara remover (specially paired with this variant)
3) One metallic red eyelash curler (who says, curlers have to look like boys' tools in Ace Hardware?)
4) And an 18ml Biore makeup remover for eye and lip thrown in for free!  Yes, girls you read it right.  The word is FREE :D

Guys can buy it too, if you think your girl needs a bit of 'sky's-the-limit' sort of eye lashes then you cannot go wrong with Kissme (the product, not me).  A lot of my friends are strong advocates of this brand, so buy a pack and surprise your girlfriend. Besides, you can boast about how you have helped feed less fortunate kids, triple point score ;)

I'm selling it for RM60 here (actually, how much are they sold here anyway?) but if you're my friend, it's prolly negotiable. (Not a very savvy business person, am I?).  But er... support me?  Popot and Pipit?  Hungry kids?  Please?

Time to open your eyessss and email me for purchase :) Or ring me, if you know me :P

Green suede boots - SOLD!

I got these pair of boots in Japan.  Guilty.  They don't fit me but... they're so pretty! (Yea, what was I thinking.  I guess I wasn't thinking at all, that's why!).

Anyway, that was probably the last time I bought something which doesn't fit me.  Since then I made a point to only get stuff which I can put on, to avoid supporting a shopaholic's economy blindly.

They're made of suede and I absolutely love love love love the colour (which was what that really got me and I still love the colour by the way).  So... here we are... at our parting juncture.  Please remember to take good care of them okay?  Sigh.

Size: 23.5-24cm (Japan size), 5-5 half (UK size), 38-38 half (Europe size) - should be snugly if you wear a 38 + socks ;)
Colour and design: Cheerful green in full soft suede with lace that ties at the back
Condition: 6.5/10 (because of its suede nature but definitely, there ain't any watermark so don't worry)
Weight: 600-800gm
Price: RM30 + postage
Postage price reference by Pos Laju (sorry, we only serve in Malaysia for the time being!)

By the way, as you can see from the following photos, you can wear em' two ways with the top up or folded down.  It's intended to look 'ruffled' so don't worry that it doesn't fit your calf perfectly ;)

Be Tokyo cool and email me for purchase ☆ I mean, with boots so cool, who needs pants anyway?  Even Puss agrees with me ;)

Hahaha!  Jokes aside, send some much needed love to those who are in need.  Read about The Good Samaritan cause here.
