Project W.A.T.T.S.

A really nice initiative from TLC with a small little green twist.  One of the biggest issues faced by NGOs is sustaining their running cost.  Now, in order to keep them giving back to the community, you can now give them a green gift to help lower their overhead in the long run.  Lightbulb yo!  Pun, totahlly, intended!
